We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@nerals.com so we can make it right.

If you would like a different item, we recommend requesting a return first and placing a new order once your return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item remains unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days.
